1. No Refund Policy
All payments made for:
- Therapy sessions
- Consultation services
- Online courses
- Workshops or webinars
are non-refundable.
Once payment is successfully processed, no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances.
By completing the payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
2. Rescheduling Policy (For Therapy Sessions)
We understand that unforeseen situations may arise.
- Rescheduling of therapy sessions is allowed.
- Request must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may not be accommodated.
- Only one rescheduling per booking may be permitted.
Missed appointments without prior notice shall be considered completed and non-reschedulable.
3. Digital Course Access
- Access to digital courses is granted immediately after successful payment.
- Since digital products are instantly accessible, they are strictly non-refundable.

5. Dispute Handling
If a payment dispute is raised through the payment gateway or bank:
